Shipping Conditions

Delivery is currently available within Germany only.

Due to the current requirements of the new Packaging Regulation, we are currently unable to ship to other countries. We appreciate your understanding.

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Deliveries within Germany

DHL Parcel: €8.95

Orders with a value of €100.00 or more are shipped free of charge.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective product offer, goods will be delivered within Germany within 3–5 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after receipt of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Self-Collection

For self-collection, we will inform you by email once the goods are ready for collection and provide you with the available collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
